Burning like a memory, what's left inside of me

I first heard "Chemicals" by Various Cruelties on NME Radio.  I wrote it down on a piece of paper as a reminder to check out more of their music.  Unfortunately, nothing came up on iTunes.  Few months passed by, then I heard their song "If It Wasn't For You" used on a commercial.  The song was so memorable and lovely that I Shazaamed it.  Luckily, by this time, Various Cruelties' music was on iTunes, so we bought the digital album.  It's been a while since I've heard a good band with a solid album.  This band is definitely one of them.  All the songs are really good, and I've listened to many of them on repeat, helping me get through this winter.  Not only that, they stopped by the Bootleg Bar in LA to play a show earlier this week.  Their live performance did not disappoint either.  It's the best feeling to hear and see songs you love played live.  My favorite song by them is "Magnetic Field".  Can't stop listening to them.
