The rattling of old bolts and chains that held your heart in

Razorlight played the Troubadour on Tuesday, February 3, 2009. The last time I saw them was two years ago at the El Rey. (See past post here, and yes, I really used to hold back on posting my photos, but now I don't, so there.) I got the day off from work because I wanted to make sure I got a good spot at the show. Yes, even if it was the Troubadour. We got there, and for the first time in my life, we were the first ones in line! How does that happen? Then after about half an hour later, Johnny Borrell appeared! I'm a dork. I was really scared to approach him, but I thought, now or never. He was super cool and sweet. He even let me take a picture of him. The show was great. I just really enjoyed the show. Something about watching an amazing band in such a small intimate setting is just so magical and special to me. Did a lot of gazing and dancing. They sang my favorites like "America", and "Vice". The band also played awesome new material. New album "Slipway Fires" drops March 10.

MAN THEY'RE HOT! I admire your selfpreservation. In your seat I would probably have a moment on weakness and accidentaly rape one of them. Grr!
