I ♥ JCDC - Part 2

I wanted to remake the first video because at the time it was made, I didn't even have a camera tripod (hence the shaky shots), and I had really bad lighting (it was way too dark). I liked the play-doh figures so I thought it deserved a better film quality. Eventually, I decided to add 5 new girls and create a "Part 2". The whole process took a really long period, since I don't have a lot of spare time. Well, here it is. I hope you enjoy it! My second tribute video to the fabulous designer, Mr. Jean-Charles de Castelbajac!

*Thanks to Nylon Magazine, High Snobiety, and Diane Pernet for posting my video! And to everyone for watching and/or sharing on their blogs as well!

Five Songs Show - Christmas 2010 Mix

Here are five Christmas songs that were NOT overplayed on the radio or at the shopping malls. I hope you enjoy them and have yourselves a merry little Christmas!

1. 23 by Secret Dakota Ring
2. Office Xmas Party by Los Abandoned
3. Don't Shoot Me Santa by The Killers
4. All I Want for Christmas is You by My Chemical Romance
5. The Christmas Song by The Raveonettes

It rained so hard, it felt like snow

This month flew by. There was a happy birthday and a beautiful wedding, then lots of Christmas shopping and errands. I feel very happy. Yesterday, work shut down early afternoon, so we made the most of it by enjoying a movie, dinner at a local diner, Crumbs cupcakes, and a drive through Christmas Tree Lane. Also, I finally bought this book yesterday. I've been a fan of The Selby since I can't remember. If you love being inspired by pictures of interesting people's creative spaces, you need to buy this book. You have to be in the right mood or else you will just turn green with mad envy.

I had a total head trip when I turned to this page because my parents had the same pistol and motorcycle perfume bottles! I remember seeing them around the house when I was a very little kid! Wish we had kept them...

See the time we shared it was precious to me
But all the while I was dreaming of revelry
